Individual Counselling Services
All of our Calgary therapists believe that you are the expert in your own life. As such, our counsellors will provide personalized counselling services that align with your unique goals, values, and beliefs.
Each of our counsellors adapts their approach to fit your goals and preferences. Our therapists use a personalized blend of therapeutic techniques, styles, and interventions to best support your unique situation.
One-to-one therapy can provide you with opportunities for greater self-awareness that may lead to better decision-making that is aligned with your beliefs and values. Sessions with your therapist will give you the time and space you need to clarify and understand your thoughts and emotions, make sense of past and present experiences, and explore your options and opportunities.
In-person therapy, online counselling, and phone sessions are available.
